AYBT Dance Intensive/Workshop

July 26th through July 31st 2010

AYBT Dance Intensive is a summer dance workshop for Intermediate & Advanced students.  Intensive will be held at the AYBT Academy (in Anderson, Indiana) July 26th through July 31st, 2010.  Master classes will be held in ballet, pointe, jazz, tap, musical theater, modern, and pas de deux.  AYBT Dance Intensive welcomes Intermediate & Advance students from other dance academies.   Please contact our academy office for class placement and out of city/state boarding:

Fall Registration

Join us for Fall registration Saturday, July 31st at AYBT Academy from 10AM to 5PM.  The Fall schedule can be viewed and downloaded at the top of this page.  Kinney Dancewear will be on site and will be bringing dance accesories.  Please call our academy office for information (765)643-2184.

2009 Madison County Federal Credit Union Scholarship Recipients

Each year Madison County Federal Credit Union awards a $1,000.00 scholarship to one or more AYBT company dancers.  This year's recipients were, Sydney Sizemore & Natalie Shively.  AYBT would like to thank Madison County Federal Credit Union for their generosity and support of the arts in Anderson, Indiana. We would especially like to thank David Dodd, CEO of MCFCU, this year's presenter.  

DVDs of Autumn Gala 2009, The Nutcracker, & Big Four Arts Review

AYBT's Autumn Gala 2009, The Nutcracker, & Big Four Arts Review (2010 Recital) DVDs are available for order.  Please speak to the Academy office for ordering details.  The cost for each is $35.  Please make all checks out to AYBT.

Performance Production Fees

There is a $35 per child production fee (per production) for any child performing in Autumn Gala, The Nutcracker, and the Big Four Arts Review (recital).

Mid-States/Northeast RDA Festival

This year Mid-States RDA (Regional Dance America) is combining with Northeast RDA.  Anderson Young Ballet Theatre's Company and Junior Company will be traveling to Pittsburgh, PA for the 2011 Regional Dance Festival being held May 19 - 21, 2011.  

Snow Cancellation Information

Check this website on days of bad weather for snow cancellation information.  Canellation information is updated by noon on any questionable weather day.  AYBTA no longer follows Anderson Community School's Snow Schedule.  Please call the academy office if you questions (765)643-2184.
