     Welcome to Anderson Young Ballet Theatre & Academy, an Honors Company for Mid-States Regional Dance Festival.  AYBT and its academy are located in the Big Four Arts Depot (A Historic Train Station) in Downtown Anderson, Indiana.  AYBT is in its 37th season under the directorship of LouAnn Young. Our semi-professional ballet company performs full length ballets as well as full performances containing excerpts from ballet classics, jazz, modern, musical theater, tap, contemporary dance and improvisation.  Our Academy, with our staff of professional and accredited instructors, will teach your young dancer to love and appreciate the art of dance all while allowing them to participate in yearly performances.
